ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr Andy Xie is Shanghai-based independent economist specialising in Asia. He is currently director of Shenzhen Development Bank and of Boqi Enviromental Sciences. He is also a guest columnist for the South China Morning Post and Caixin Magazine.
