ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Professor Yan Xuetong is the Dean of The Institute of Modern International Relations at Tsinghua University, and vice chairman of both the China Association of International Relations Studies and the China Association of American Studies. He received his PhD in political science at the University of California, Berkeley in 1992.
